Our Event Management /Coordination services includes:

Start 2 to 3 months prior to the wedding or event

Constant consultation via phone, email, text or in person to discuss details of the event

Communicate with all the vendors to confirm times of arrival, services, and final details

Assemble a detailed timeline for the wedding day or event

Ensure and verify that everything comes together as the bride and groom discussed and agreed with their vendors

Coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, processional, and recessional

Continuously in contact with the couple and wedding party or clients before the ceremony begins to make sure everything is running as planned

Facilitate on-time arrival, or deliveries and set up of the vendors.

Coordinate vendor’s services before, during and after the ceremony and/or reception

Guide the wedding party to their location before and after the ceremony

Gather family and friends for after-ceremony photographs

Pre-Marital Counseling
Premarital counseling is an excellent way to clear up misconceptions about marriage. It also brings to light any issues the couple may not have/have not thought about. Premarital counseling can help recognize where couples stands on a variety of topics, and where their priorities lie, which will confirm your sense as a couple. Communication, children, finances, habits, and family issues, among other things are some of the topics are discussed during the premarital counseling sessions. We can also discussed some specific issues that the couple would like some help working through.
